Welcome to the Belchen

This lovingly furnished 95 m² vacation apartment in Münstertal/Black Forest can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features a spacious eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove and balcony, a bedroom for 2 people, and a living room with additional sleeping arrangements for 2 guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi and 2 TVs. You have your own entrance and a parking space directly at the house. Leave everyday life behind and enjoy the quiet location on the edge of the forest, 3 km from the center of Münstertal. Idyllically situated in the Untermünstertal district, Rotenbuck, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking tours. Directly next to the house, the path to the Belchen, the most beautiful mountain in the Black Forest, begins. From here, you can also visit the Teufelsgrund show mine with its healing tunnels – just a five-minute drive away – or the 9th-century Münstertal Benedictine Abbey of St. Trudpert. Other nearby destinations include the picturesque old town of Staufen, the mystical Nonnenmattweiher pond in the middle of the forest, the thermal baths in Bad Krozingen, and the sunny city of Freiburg im Breisgau with its cathedral and historic old town. If you've had your fill of the Black Forest, the surrounding region offers the Markgräflerland and Kaiserstuhl with their rolling landscapes of vineyards and "Straußenwirtschaften" (seasonal wine taverns). A trip by train or car to Basel, the cultural capital of Switzerland, or a day trip to Alsace/France is also highly recommended.
